COVID-19 recovery information and updates

With the announcement of the State Government’s plan to move into Phase 3 of its COVID-19 recovery roadmap, City services and facilities are currently being reviewed for reopening in early June 2020. Click here to find out more


Youth centres

COVID-19 update: Two City of Wanneroo youth centres (Hainsworth and Clarkson) will open during reduced opening hours from Tuesday 19 May 2020. Drop-in services, games and recreational activities will be available, and social distancing regulations apply.

Hainsworth Youth Centre - Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3.30pm to 6.30pm (limited to 15 people at a time)

Clarkson Youth Centre - Wednesdays and Fridays, 3.30pm to 6.30pm (limited to 18 people at a time)

Wanneroo and Yanchep youth centres remain temporarily closed.

Yanchep Community Centre, 7 Lagoon Drive, Yanchep

  • Tuesday - 3pm to 5:30pm 
  • Wednesday - 3pm to 5:30pm
  • Thursday - 3pm to 5:30pm

Outreach Services

Outreach Workers provide youth support in your local skate parks and open spaces. The team will be providing activities, sports and BBQs as well as offering support for you in the local community. Call the Youth Services team to find out more on 9405 5000.
