The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 May 2021.

The proposal includes 106 visitor parking bays, with an additional 18 staff bays and eight bays designed for a hearse. Access will be primarily off Wanneroo Road/Mowatt Close and via several shared access easements that are being established, including access to the north from the existing Drovers Marketplace.
