Proposed Amendment  No. 1 to the Alkimos City Centre Activity Centre structure Plan No. 89 

Public comment is invited on the abovementioned amendment which proposes to modify the Alkimos City Centre Activity Centre Structure Plan to conform with State Planning Policy 7.2: Precinct Design, which will subsequently be relabelled as Alkimos Central Precinct Plan.

The key changes proposed include modifying the zones and precinct layout, consolidating the city centre core around the Alkimos Train Station, realignment of Romeo Road to retain the natural Pinnacles and inclusion of built form controls.
