Proposed Change of Use to Short Term Accomodation at 28 Horticulture Gardens, Banksia Grove (DA2022/763)

The application proposes proposes a change of use to Short Term Accommodation. The details of the application are as follows:

• A maximum of 6 guests allowed to stay on the property at any given time;
• The proposed use will occupy the entirety of the site;
• A total of 3 car bays will be contained on site;
• Check in time is from 3pm until late, and check out time is 10am;
• Guests must stay for a minimum of two nights; and
• A management plan has been provided by the applicant, outlining how the short term accommodation will be managed and run.
