Proposed Child Care Centre at 121
Exmouth Drive, Butler (DA2022/1225)
The application proposes a Child Care Centre with the following elements:
A maximum number of 92 children on site at any one time, within the following age demographics:
- 12 places for children 0-2 years;
- 40 places for children aged 2-3 years; and
- 40 places for children aged 3+years.
No on-site parking bays are proposed. The Child Care Centre will utilise parking bays along the southern side of the building;
A maximum number of 22 staff members on site at any one time;
Proposed hours of operation from Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm; and
Associated landscaping and signage.
