PROPOSED JDAP (FORM 2) – AMENDMENT TO DA2021/1797 (SHOP, RESTAURANT, LIQUOR STORE & OFFICE) – 10 ENTERPRISE AVENUE, TWO ROCKS

The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 December 2022.  The proposal is seeking amendments to the original approval granted on 4 May 2022.  

The proposed modifications include:

• Reduction of the Woolworths floor area by 3m2 (from 2,942m2 to 2,939m2)
• Car parking increased from 219 bays to 229 bays;
• Specialty 1 increased by 1m2 (from 200m2 to 201m2);
• Specialty 3 increased by 30m2 (from 78m2 to 108m2);
• Specialty 6 relocated along the Azzurra street frontage, now adjacent to Specialty 5;
• Bin store relocated from rear of Specialty 3 to north-eastern service area;
• Amenities and End of Trip facilitates relocated adjacent to Specialty 6 and parklet;
• Office/Commercial building decreased by 6m2 (from 744m2 to 738m2);
• Future Pad Site decreased by 20m2 (from 1,396m2 to 1,376m2); and
• Modification of Direct to Boot canopy structure.
