The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7
April 2023.
The application proposes a Service Station, Drive-Through Coffee & Convenience Store and a Car Wash. The proposal includes:
- 252m2 control building/convenience store;
- 8 fuel bowser parking positions;
- 3 diesel bowser parking positions;
- Drive-through which can accommodate 7 cars within the drive-through queue lane;
- 4 car wash bays and an auto wash;
- Associated parking and signage; and
- Service Station proposed to operate 24/7.
