Proposed Car Wash at 1001 Joondalup Drive, Banksia Grove (DA2023/263)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 April 2023.
The application proposes a Car
Wash over a vacant portion of land at 1001 Joondalup Drive, Banksia Grove.
The proposal includes the following:
- Construction of a new single storey building comprising a total floor area of 103.95m2 to accommodate the plant room and six (6) covered car cleaning bays;
- Construction of a 96.43m2 carport type structure to accommodate four (4) vehicle vacuum bays;
- Provision of one (1) self-service dog washing facility;
- Construction of a bin storage area to service the development; and
- Facility will operate 24 hours and is self-service, however, a staff member will attend the site occasionally throughout the week to undertake general supervision and cleaning.
