Proposed Amendment to Approved Child Care Centre Development (DA2020/1727) at 1 Luminosity Grove, Eglinton (DA2023/182)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 May 2023.
The Child Care Centre was approved by the City in June 2021, a condition of approval was for the Child Care Centre to operate between the hours of 7:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
The amended
application has now been received with the applicant seeking approval from the
City to operate the Child Care Centre from 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
No other changes are proposed including the number of children or staff.
