Proposed Change of Use to Child Care & Minor Works at Lot 9031 (104) Kingsbridge Boulevard, Butler (DA2023/969)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 November 2023.

The application proposes to modify the established commercial premise as detailed below.

• Reduction in the shop component of the commercial premise;
• Change of use to Childcare Centre for the remainder of the commercial premise;
• Works and additions to the existing premise and proposed Childcare Centre;
• Childcare Centre operation hours from 6:00am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday);
• Childcare Centre capacity of 102 children and 16 full time staff; and 
• Provision of 42 car bays in lieu of 59.
