Proposed Tavern at 1 Peony Boulevard, Yanchep (DA2023/1183)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 December 2023.

The application proposes a single storey tavern within the southwestern portion of 1 Peony Boulevard, on the corner of Peony Boulevard and Marmion Avenue. The applicant is proposing: 

• The removal of 45 car parking bays to facilitate the building of the tavern; 
• A gross internal floor area of 870m², and external courtyards and verandahs totaling 318m²; 
• A maximum capacity of 500 patrons internally and 300 patrons in the external areas; and
• Operational hours of: 
  • Sunday to Thursday - 6.00am - 12.00am; and
  • Friday to Saturday 6:00am - 1:00am
