Food Outlet at 19 Neerabup Road, Clarkson (DA2023/1237)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 December 2023.
- 215m2 Convenience store building;
- 6 refueling bays; and
- 8 parking spaces.
Fast Food Outlet
- 220m2 Fast Food Outlet building;
- Seating 74 patron;
- Drive-Through facilities; and
- 15 parking spaces.
Both uses are proposed to operate 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Access will be provided off Key Largo Drive, with additional access off the northern access ramp.
