Proposed Multiple Dwelling (32 Apartments) at 2 Zodiac Drive, Alkimos (DA2024/1)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 February 2024.


The application proposes a 3 Storey plus Basement Multiple Dwelling at 2 Zodiac Drive, Alkimos which comprises of the following:

  • 32 Apartments;
  • Total overall height of 10.850m (an additional 2.4m is proposed for external stairwell access (13.25m total);
  • 54 car and 2 motorcycle bays within a basement level parking area; and
  • 19% landscaping across the site.   

    You are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:


    Building bulk;

    Views of significance;

    Effective use of space;

    Appropriateness to the locality;

    Overlooking; 

    Amenity; and 

    Respect for the natural ground levels of the site
