Proposed Multiple Dwelling (32 Apartments) at 2 Zodiac Drive, Alkimos (DA2024/1)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 16 February 2024.
The application proposes a 3 Storey plus Basement Multiple Dwelling at 2 Zodiac Drive, Alkimos which comprises of the following:
- 32 Apartments;
- Total overall height of 10.850m (an additional 2.4m is proposed for external stairwell access (13.25m total);
- 54 car and 2 motorcycle bays within a basement level parking area; and
- 19% landscaping across the site.
