The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 23 February 2024.
The application proposes residential buildings at 65 Salcott Road, Girrawheen.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Two residential buildings and associated retaining walls;
- Four on site car parking bays; and
- Associated landscaping.
You are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space;
- Appropriateness to the locality;
- Amenity; and
- Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
