Extractive Industry Licence at Lot 503 (398) Wattle Avenue, Neerabup (Access from Flynn Drive)
Development Approval was granted for Industry – Extractive and Bulk Earthworks at Lot 503 (398) Wattle Avenue, Neerabup on 5 March 2019.
In accordance with the requirements of the City of Wanneroo’s Extractive Industries Law 1998 an Extractive Industry Licence application has been submitted to the City for review. The Licence is for proposed sand and limestone extraction and rehabilitation to continue to be carried out on the Lot for 10 years.
