Proposed Single House Addition (Sea Container) at 22 Parakeelya Road, Banksia Grove - DA2020/755
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 July 2020.
The application is seeking retrospective planning approval for a sea container to be located within the subject site. The container will be assessed as a single house addition in accordance with the Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). The container is currently proposed to be set back 0.7m to the northern boundary.
