Meeting dates, agendas and minutes
With the easing of COVID-19 restrictions and in alignment with Phase Three of the State Government’s Four Phase Roadmap, the City is resuming its Briefing Sessions and Council Meetings in-person from 23 June 2020 to be held in the Council Chambers Level 1, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo in accordance with Council’s set meeting schedule.
Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings noting the following changes in accordance with State Government requirements:
- Social distancing measures will be in place for all attendees.
- Members of the public must register to attend any meeting.
Members of the public who wish to ask Public Questions or present a Deputation are requested to submit these in writing prior to the meeting.
Submissions and Registration can be completed via the following online forms or by contacting Council Support on 9405 5475.
The City will make every endeavour to provide a response to any submissions at the meeting.

In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given of the following Council Briefing Sessions and Ordinary Council Meetings for the City of Wanneroo. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
All meetings are held in the Council Chamber (Level 1), City of Wanneroo Civic Centre, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.

The Annual General Meeting of Electors' will be held on Tuesday, 2 February 2021.
The procedure for Deputations will change in 2021 to allow Deputations to be presented during the Briefing Session. The procedure for Deputations and the Agenda order of business for Briefing Sessions will be amended to reflect this change.
Meeting Agendas & Minutes
Electronic copies of the Agendas are available on the City's web site on the Friday before the scheduled OrdinaryCouncil Meeting or you can view a printed copy on the Tuesday before the meeting at your local library or at the meeting in Council Chambers.
Electronic copies of the Minutes are available on the City's web site within 10 working days from the Council Meeting.
