Attendance at Council and Committee meetings
Members of the public are requested to submit any Public Questions, or present a Deputation in writing prior to the meeting. This can be done by completing one of the following online forms or by contacting Council Support on (08) 9405 5000.
2026 Meeting dates
In accordance with Regulation 12 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given of the following Agenda Briefing Sessions and Ordinary Council Meetings for the City of Wanneroo. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
- Briefings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month
- Ordinary Council Meetings will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month
Both meetings will commence at 6:00pm (unless otherwise indicated below) in the City of Wanneroo Council Chamber, 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo.

Committee meetings
Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee
To support the Council in fulfilling its governance and independent oversight responsibilities in relation to systems of internal controls and risk management, processes for monitoring compliance with laws and regulations, financial and performance reporting, and internal and external audit functions and ethical accountability.

Chief Executive Officer Performance Review Committee
The purpose of the Chief Executive Officer Performance Review Committee (Committee) is to ensure compliance with section 5.38 of the Local Government Act 1995 (WA), the Model Standards for CEO Recruitment, Performance and Termination (Model Standards) adopted by Council on 20 April 2021 (CE04-04/21) and the City’s Chief Executive Officer Performance Review Policy (Policy).

Policy Review Committee
The purpose of the Policy Review Committee (Committee) is to assist the Council in fulfilling its responsibility under section 2.7(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995 in determining the policies of the Council.

Revenue Review Committee
To provide a forum to advise and make recommendations to Council on matters pertaining to the revenue sources of the City and related policy.

Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Advisory Committee
To provide advice to Council and to the City’s representatives on the Mindarie Regional Council on matters relating to waste management within the City.
