Proposed Supermarket, Café and Specialty Retail at 19 Neerabup Road, Clarkson (DA2021/1552)
Recent JDAP approval was granted for a similar application at this site on 13 July 2021.
This proposal considers the following modifications:
- Removal/replacement of ‘Liquor Store’ with a ‘Mini Major’ Supermarket;
- Overall floor space reduction (decreased by 273m2);
- Adaptive reuse/partial retention of the existing building structure;
- Landscaping modified from 2,968m2 to 2,947m2;
- Parking bays modified from 291 to 273.
- Minor changes to internal floor spaces and signage.
