Proposed Child Care Centre and Retail Development at 1 Newmarket Parade, Butler (DA2021/1490)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 22 November 2021.
The application proposes a Child Care Centre and eight (8) commercial tenancies at 1 Newmarket Parade, Butler. The Child Care Centre is located at the northern portion of the site which abuts a residential property and public open space. The commercial tenancies are located at the southern and eastern portion of the site, abutting Camborne Parkway and Newmarket Parade.
The details of the application are as follows:
- The Child Care Centre accommodates 91 children and 15 staff, and operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday;
- A total of eight (8) commercial tenancies on-site with two (2) being located along Newmarket Parade and six (6) located along Camborne Parkway;
- A total of 70 car bays on-site and associated landscaping; and
- Access from Newmarket Parade.
