DUE TO A SIGNAGE ERROR AT THE PROPOSED SITE, THE CONSULTATION PERIOD FOR THIS PROPOSAL HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 3 MARCH 2022.
Proposed Child Care Centre at Lot 383 (54) and Lot 1 (56) Rochester Drive Mindarie (DA2022/53)
The application proposes a Child Care Centre at the abovementioned addresses. Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The existing dwellings upon each of the above-mentioned addresses
are to be demolished and the Child Care Centre developed on the eastern
portion of the overall development site;
- A maximum of 85 children on site at any one time;
- 15 staff members on site at any one time;
- Operational hours between 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday;
- A total of 26 car bays are located on the property including 15
staff bays and 11 visitor bays (one of which is an ACROD bay); and
- Associated landscaping and signage.
