Proposed Drive-Through Food Outlet at 40 Butler Boulevard, Butler (DA2022/65)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 6 March 2022.
The application proposes a Drive-Through Food Outlet on the western portion of the abovementioned site. The proposal includes:
- 213m2 of ‘restaurant’ area;
- 30 on-site car parking bays;
- A drive-through lane accommodating 9 vehicles at a time;
- Associated signage and landscaping; and
- Proposed operating hours between 10:00am - midnight, 7 days a week.
