The Antipodean Manifesto exhibition is currently on display at the Wanneroo Regional Gallery, and features a selection of paintings, drawings, prints and ceramics by the seven artists and one historian who formed the Antipodean group in Melbourne in 1969.
Drawn from The State Art Collection, it explores the social and political context of late 1950s Australia.

Songlines, or Dreaming tracks, map the routes of Ancestral beings as they travelled across Australia, creating the land and its people.
allows audiences of all ages to immerse themselves in a space where paintings come to life, stories are visualised, and ancient knowledge is shared in a striking and artistic way.
Surrender your understandings of time and space, and experience Indigenous storytelling as this ancient narrative comes alive through new technology.
Accompanying the exhibition, the City also has a series of Seven Sister story works on display, which were kindly loaned from the Kerry Stokes Collection, Janet Holmes á Court Collection and Gilbert George Collection.
