Our state of the art Cardio Zone offers the latest Life Fitness© treadmills, cross trainers, exercise bikes and recliner bikes. Wanneroo Aquamotion is also one of the few centres that feature two rowers and an upper body ergometer which utilise revolutionary Fluid© Technology.
Weight Machine Corridor
Wanneroo Aquamotion knows the importance of offering resistance equipment that provide a consistent stabilised movement so have invested in the most up-to-date Calgym© weight machines. All machines cater for all levels of fitness and strength, and target different muscle groups whilst enabling you to train your whole body with strict form and technique.
Free Weights Sector
This area boasts a large range of dumbbells (1-45kg), bars, weight plates and free weight apparatus to effectively train your body. It also contains a great range of fitness accessories such as a TRX Suspension System, plyometric platforms, weighted bags, and full range of kettle bells to keep your workouts interesting. So whether you are toning, muscle building, losing weight or just beginning a fitness regime, our Free Weights Sector will cater for you.
Aquamotion gym instructors strive to make your experience at Aquamotion Gym fun, safe and effective. They are happy to assist with exercise technique, provide information and can lend a hand with heavy weights. The team can assist you with any queries about the gym, as well as keep you up to date with our Aquamotion promotions and In-House challenges.
Aquamotion's personal training packages are the perfect way to kick start your health and fitness journey or boost your existing exercise regime. Our highly qualified and experienced personal trainers aim to provide you with motivation, knowledge, structure and focus that will assist you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
As part of your personal training package you will receive a personalised handbook where you can record your personal information as well as obtain nutritional information, meal plans, food and exercise diaries, information on goal setting, healthy recipes and much more.
