Proposed Fast Food Outlet at Lot 200 (915) Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo (DA2024/389)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 10 May 2024.

The application proposes a fast food outlet at 915 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo.  

Details of the proposal are as follows:

• The existing building on the site is to be demolished and replaced by a 299m2 Fast Food Outlet;
• A dual-lane drive-through is incorporated at the western (rear) side of the development, converging to a single pick-up lane along the northern side;
• The existing access arrangement to the site from Noonan Drive is retained;
• A total of 24 car bays are located on the property, one of which is an ACROD bay;
• A new pedestrian connection from the existing Noonan Drive pedestrian footpath to the site;
• Operational hours between 10.00am to 10.00pm, 7-days per week;
• An internal bin storage area accessed via a loading corridor connected to the eastern drive-through lane; and
• Associated landscaping and signage.
