The application proposes a 7-8 storey
high Multiple Dwelling development which comprises the
following:

147 residential car bays provided within the basement
parking and is accessed from Medway Lane;
- ·
9 visitor car bays and waste collection accessed from
Stockton Lane; and
- ·
12.7% of the site set aside for landscaping.
