Proposed Convenience Store (Caltex Petrol Station) at 58 Montana Crescent, Alkimos - DA2018/1722
Public comment is invited on the above proposal for a Convenience Store (Caltex Petrol Station). The proposed Convenience Store intends to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The proposal entails the following:
- 8 refuelling
bays;
- A 220m2
retail building with associated amenities;
- 11 car
parking bays (including one ACROD bay);
- 420m2
on-site landscaping; and
- Signage.
