Tapping - Proposal for Eighty Four (84) Grouped Dwellings and Sales Office - Lot 1001 (20) Clarkson Avenue

This application was considered by the Metro North-West JDAP at its meeting held on 1 July 2019, where in accordance with the provisions of the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No. 2, it was resolved to approve the application.

Proposed JDAP - Eighty Four (84) Grouped Dwellings and Sales Office - Lot 1001 (20) Clarkson Avenue, Tapping - DA2019/262

Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal for eighty four grouped dwellings and a temporary sales office located at Lot 1001 (20) Clarkson Avenue, Tapping.

This proposal incorporates the following elements:

  • A total of 70 two-storey dwellings scattered through the main part of the subject site;
  • 14 single-storey dwellings, positioned along the south-eastern boundaries of the site;
  • 6 two-storey dwellings located along the southern boundary of the site, with a sewer easement running along the south-western portion of the site;
  • A private road network (common property driveway) varying between 5-12m in width;
  • A total of 12 on-site visitor parking bays internal to the site, plus a further 21 on-street visitor parking bays located along Clarkson Avenue and Corvus Road; and
  • The erection of the 30m2 temporary sales office and estate fencing on proposed Lot 14/15, adjacent to the intersection of Clarkson Avenue and Corvus Road
