Proposed Central Precinct Local Structure Plan No. 106 - Lot 9004 Eglinton
Public comment is invited on the abovementioned Structure Plan which has been prepared in regard to 101K Scotthorn Drive, which is located in Eglinton between the rail corridor and future Mitchell Freeway. The structure plan will establish the framework for residential development of approximately 35 hectares of land, including public open space and a local road network.
