Proposed Child Care Centre at 390 Kingsway (DA2021/1366)
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 7 October 2021.
The application proposes a Child Care Centre with the following elements:
- A maximum number of 100 children on site at any one time, within the following age demographics:
- 20 places for Babies
(0-2 years)
- 30 places for Toddlers
(2-3 years);
- 20 places for children
aged 3-4 years; and
- 30 places for children
aged 4+ years.
- A total of 27 on-site
car bays which includes one marked disabled car parking bay;
- A maximum number of 16
staff members on site at any one time;
- Proposed hours of
operation from Monday to Friday 6:00am to 7:00pm; and
- Associated landscaping
and signage.
