Did you know you can get your rates notices delivered straight to your inbox? It’s fast, secure and helps reduce paper waste, making it better for the environment.
When you sign up for eRates, you’ll receive your rates notices, instalment reminders and final notices by email. This gives you easy access to your documents on any device, wherever you are.
All you need is your rates assessment number, which you’ll find at the top left of your rates notice and complete our online form.
Please note, if you’ve recently purchased a property in the City, you can only register after a rates notice has been issued in your name.
All other rates correspondence will continue to be sent by post to the address we have on file, so please make sure your postal and residential details are current.
