Public comment is invited on the above proposal which is being advertised until 7 May 2020.
The application proposes a Supermarket and Liquor Store (Aldi) located at 2 Kakadu Road, Yanchep. The proposal includes a 1,747m2 building, including 25m2 of floor area proposed for the Liquor Store, 111 car bays and two pylon signs.
