Year 2/3 - A day in the life of the Buckingham family*
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays // 9:15am to 12pm
Students participate in activities that replicate the chores, schooling and diet of the Buckingham family. Instructed by engaging volunteers, students cook damper in the kitchen, do a spot of sewing in the sitting room, attend a lesson in the Old Wanneroo School House, learn how to milk a cow and do some olden-day washing.
Morning tea is supplied as well as old-fashioned games to continue the heritage theme during recess.

Program cost per session (one session= minimum of 20 students, maximum of 32 students)
- 20-26 students: $135.00
- 27-32 students: $165.00
- Adults are free of charge.
We require students to be in four groups, each with an accompanying adult and teacher (five adults in total). Additional adult helpers are most welcome but please let us know in advance, as space is limited.
